As part of The Education Training Collective (Etc.), a group of colleges and training providers in the Tees Valley, we share a vision: “ONE Etc. – Fuelling ambition and driving success in a resurgent Teesside and beyond.” We are seeking a Site Cleaning Supervisor to join our Estates team, reporting to the Sites Estates Manager. You will lead and coordinate the site cleaning team, manage daily tasks, schedules and standards to ensure services are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality. You will monitor performance, support training and development, and ensure compliance with all statutory, health & safety and infection control requirements. Responsibilities

Qualifications / Experience
Reliable, hands-on, detail focused with experience leading cleaning teams. Organised, safety-conscious and able to motivate staff while managing schedules and supplies. Strong communication, flexibility and a commitment to excellence.

Schedule 37 hours a week, Monday-Friday; Flexible lunch breaks.
