We are seeking a Site Cleaning Supervisor to join our Estates team, reporting to the Sites Estates Manager. You will lead and coordinate the site cleaning team, manage daily tasks, schedules and standards to ensure services are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality. You will monitor performance, support training and development, and ensure compliance with all statutory, health & safety and infection control requirements.

- Ensure cleaning services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard; manage supplies and workload planning.
Qualifications / Experience
- Reliable, hands-on, detail focused with experience leading cleaning teams.
- Organised, safety-conscious and able to motivate staff while managing schedules and supplies.
- Strong communication, flexibility and a commitment to excellence.

You will be expected to role-model high standards of cleaning, and contribute to continuous improvement within a supportive and motivated team.

Schedule
37 hours a week, Monday-Friday; Flexible lunch breaks.
