You will be able to assist in ensuring we are meeting our clients' cleaning expectations whilst operating in a professional manner and delivering a personable and reliable service to our clients.Role SpecificationsMust have supervisor experience.Able to work on own initiative and manage own timeAble to communicate effectively to the clients, colleagues, and management teamGood knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHHHigh standard of personal hygiene and appearanceEnsure the Company's Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are adhered toTo deal with any complaints/issues from customers immediately and report directly to your supervisor.To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the teamRole RequirementsHave the right to work in the UKHave a good understanding of written and spoken English due to health and safety on sitesTo ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all timesUniform provided and specified is worn with care being clean and ironedWorking Hours and BenefitsWorking hours for a Cleaning Supervisor: 30 hours, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 04:00-09:00.Benefits include:Holiday entitlement: 20 days + 8 B/H (pro rata)Employee Assistance ProgrammeHastee Pay AppUniform providedFull training givenLocation: The Podium, Bath.
