OverviewBased across Coventry and Birmingham, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our expanding Central Division, managing a high-profile portfolio of corporate clients.Reporting directly to the operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of cleaning operations across 20 sites in Coventry, with additional coverage in Birmingham. You’ll lead a team of 60+ cleaning operatives, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the energy, leadership, and strategic mindset to drive performance and take the contract to the next level.As a Cleaning Account Manager, you will be responsible for:Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfactionProviding and maintaining the quality-of-service deliveryManaging, recruiting, and coaching local service teamsCarrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations ManagerBeing responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered toLooking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growthQualifications and attributesExcellent interpersonal communication and people management skillsExcellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior levelExperience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysisWorking knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industryAbility to work to tight timescalesStrong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacyPassionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovativeWhat we offer youWe believe in rewarding talent and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.
