OverviewBasedin London, Liverpool Street£43,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)We’re seeking a Cleaning Account Manager to join our Portfolio Division, overseeing a prestigious corporate contract in the heart of Liverpool Street.Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you’ll lead a team of 30+ staff, including supervisors and cleaning operatives. Your mission: to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are consistently delivered across the site.This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll draw on your strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate, support, and develop your team—creating a positive and high-performing environment.As a Cleaning Account Manager you’ll be:Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfactionProviding and maintaining the quality of service deliveryManaging, recruiting, and coaching local service teamsCarrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations ManagerHold regular contract and specification review meetings with customersBe responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered toLooking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growthAs a Cleaning Account Manager you’ll have:Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan ahead, work under pressure, and influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysisA working knowledge of Health and Safety systems within the cleaning industry, ensuring safety for all individuals involvedPrevious experience working with commercial clients would be highly desirable, along with a flexible approach to meeting diverse client needsA full driving license and the ability to travel to various sites as requiredThe good stuffWe are employee-owned, making you a beneficiary of our future success24hr online GP access as well as mental health, wellness, financial and legal supportTwo paid volunteering days annually – from beach cleans to supporting your local community.
