Covering Nottingham, Leicester & Melton Mowbray£30,000 – £35,000 per annum + Company CarWe’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our expanding Central Division, managing a high-profile education contract across 19 sites in the East Midlands.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of cleaning operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance across all locations. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team of cleaning operatives, bringing energy, leadership, and a proactive approach to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.As a Cleaning Account Manager, you will be responsible for:Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfactionProviding and maintaining the quality-of-service deliveryManaging, recruiting, and coaching local service teamsCarrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered toLooking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.As a Cleaning Account Manager, you will have the following expertise and attributes:Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skillsExcellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior levelExperience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysisWorking knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industryAbility to work to tight timescalesStrong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacyPassionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.What we offer youWe believe in rewarding talent and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.
