Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules. Contribute to a hospital reputation for high-quality soft services; look for opportunities to develop this further. Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers; deliver excellent customer service and seek continuous improvement. Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. Work with initiative, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude; work to a schedule; be a team player; strive for continuous service improvements. Ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; training can be provided; knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.

Qualifications

Cleaning experience preferred; training can be provided. Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals. Ability to work to a schedule; good team player; commitment to continuous improvement.
