OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the hospital has a reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further where possible.Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.Work to own initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.Work to a schedule, be a team player and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.QualificationsIdeal candidate would have cleaning experience; training can be provided.Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.Shift TimesSaturday - 11:00am to 14:00pm - 3 HoursSunday - 11:00am to 14:00pm - 3 Hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
