OverviewMy client, a leading service provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive Cleaning growth across The East. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in winning new business, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of a dynamic and supportive team.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of sales strategies to win new contracts across FM services.Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.Assist in managing the bid process, including writing proposals and coordinating tender submissions.Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth handover and service mobilisation.QualificationsExperience in a business development or sales role within cleaning or other soft service streams.Good understanding of FM services and commercial practices, including sales pipelines and proposal development.Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.A proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities.More info?
