Overview Based in London, Kings Cross £43,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) We’re seeking a Cleaning Account Manager to join our Portfolio Division, overseeing a large corporate contract, with 3 sites based within Kings Cross. Reporting directly to the Account Lead, you’ll lead a team of 70+ staff, including 7 supervisors and cleaning operatives. Your mission: to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are consistently delivered across the site. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll draw on your strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate, support, and develop your team—creating a positive and high-performing environment. Responsibilities
Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager Hold regular contract and specification review meetings with customers Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth
Qualifications
Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan ahead, work under pressure, and influence stakeholders at all levels Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis A working knowledge of Health and Safety systems within the cleaning industry, ensuring safety for all individuals involved Previous experience working with commercial clients would be highly desirable, along with a flexible approach to meeting diverse client needs A full driving license and the ability to travel to various sites as required
