Sentrex provides a wide variety of services to commercial businesses across industries including Food Hygiene, Warehouse & Distribution, Education & Financial Services.Position: Cleaning Account ManagerLocation: CW1 area (Liverpool area serving ~40 clients); hybrid/field role with a company branded vehicle, mobile phone and tablet providedRole and responsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the business with a focus on Daily Office Cleaning ServicesPlan, organise and control contract operations and delivery within the portfolioLead, develop, manage and motivate a team of cleaning operatives to the agreed standards; coach and develop operatives to improve skillsEnsure adherence to company policies and site specifications; ensure delivery through operativesManage holidays and rotas to cover operational needs and maintain service deliveryHandle HR and employee relations in line with Company HR policies and conduct grievance, disciplinary and appeal hearings where appropriateIdentify opportunities for new business and non-contractual work; support business development to identify opportunities with other clientsEnsure client queries are dealt with promptly to maintain client satisfactionRecruit, motivate and train staff (induction and ongoing)Ensure operatives are trained on and using the Time & Attendance systemBe commercially minded; identify areas for improvement in productivity and hours allocationManage agreed KPI requirements and monthly cleaning audits with clients or client representativesRepresent the client professionally at all times; lead by example and demonstrate company valuesBudget management and ensuring sites operate within budgets (labour, chemicals, uniforms)Drive continuous improvement in service performance, innovation and productivityRequirements and qualificationsExperience: Cleaning Account Manager, 3 years (required)Team Leading: 3 years (required)Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)Work location: Hybrid remote in CW1; full-timeBenefitsCompany carOn-site parkingWork from homeScheduleMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityPay: £30,500 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
