We're looking for a Working Supervisor to join our Kier team based in Essex.
Location: Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with call-out rota
What will you be responsible for? As a Working Supervisor, you'll be working within the Kier team, supporting them in delivering high-quality maintenance services across the customer's estate.
Your day to day will include:
Managing Kier engineers and subcontractors
Overseeing reactive, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and quoted works
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining accurate asset records

You have extensive experience in hard services and understand industry standard contracts
You're experienced in relationship management and have excellent communication skills
You're a motivated, self-driven team player with a passion for service excellence
