You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of Cleaning Operatives to ensure standards and timescales are met.Assist the Residence Manager with work allocation, rota planning, and monitoring staff attendance.Carry out cleaning audits, identify training needs, and deliver staff inductions.Ensure compliance with health & safety, COSHH, and company policies.Maintain cleaning equipment, stock control, and ordering of supplies.Respond to complaints, safety issues, and hazards, escalating where necessary.Provide cover during staff absences and assist with special duties as required.QualificationsStrong leadership and people management skills.Previous cleaning and supervisory experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.What we offerWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
