About the Role You'll be delivering high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through great attention to detail and excellent communication. Full training is provided. Key Responsibilities: Operate carpet cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Assess carpet conditions and select appropriate cleaning methods. Communicate with clients professionally and clearly. Travel to different job sites, transporting equipment securely. Keep tools and work areas clean and organised. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any concerns.

Requirements: Experience in carpet or general cleaning is helpful but not essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills (English fluency required). A full, valid UK driving licence is required (must be 25+ for insurance purposes). Able to work independently and responsibly. Physically fit to move and lift equipment (up to 60kg).
