Brightwork are recruiting for Term Time School & Nursery Cleaners to work across Glasgow and the surrounding area.

Joining initially on a temporary basis, there will be a strong chance of permanency for the right workers.

Please note, that due to the regulated nature of these working environments, the successful candidates will be required to have a current PVG membership or be willing to apply for membership. Any PVG applications or updates would be payable by the successful candidate.

Working within busy schools and nurseries, the successful candidates will support with a number of duties including:

- Clean and maintain designated areas, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and classrooms. - Use cleaning tools and products safely and responsibly. - Empty bins and manage waste following guidelines - Refill cleaning supplies and alert supervisors when stock runs low. - Ensure all equipment is stored safely after use. - Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues. - Follow schedules and complete tasks within allotted time. - Work as part of a team or independently, depending on the location. - Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with guidelines

Experience within a cleaning role is beneficial but not necessary as full training will be provided.
