Key Responsibilities:
* Coordination and execution of daily cleaning operations
* Supporting, motivating, and guiding the on-site team
* Ensuring consistent quality and adherence to safety standards
* Assisting with onboarding and training of new colleagues
* Acting as the main point of contact between the team and management
* Identifying and resolving issues promptly and effectively
Requirements:
* Previous experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
* Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
* Valid driving licence – considered an advantage
* Confident communication in English
* Right to work in the UK (proof will be required)
