Overview As a Specialist Deep Clean Operative you will join a strong team delivering bespoke cleaning and maintenance services to our partners. You will follow HSQE and rail critical safety guidelines, work to WPP's and designated programs, and complete deep cleaning and maintenance tasks to high standards within specified timeframes. You will use provided systems to record completed work and report faults in a constructive and professional manner. Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours, including days, nights, weekends and weekend nights, depending on business needs. Main Duties Responsibilities as a periodic cleaner include:
Pressure Washing Reach and Wash Glazing Cleaning Floor Scrubbing Washroom Deep Cleans Carpet Cleaning Upholstery Cleaning Graffiti Removal Steam Cleaning High Level Cleaning Gum Removal Waste Removal Full Scope Deep Cleans Access Equipment Cleaning Bike Shelter Maintenance Light Maintenance Possessions Isolations
Areas to be Covered
Platforms Bridges Stairs Subways Station Entrances Approach Roads Cycle Sheds and Car Parks Lifts Ticket Offices Waiting Rooms and Shelters WC Washrooms Kitchens Drivers Mess Rooms Offices Exterior Facades and Roofs
All tasks are to be completed in conjunction with WPP's and at the point of cleaning should be free of but not exclusive to dust, dirt, debris, build up, sticky labels, graffiti, algae, guano, and scale build up. These tasks are subject to change depending on business needs. Possession and Isolation
Attend Possessions and Isolations in line with schedule issued. Follow all rail critical safety and ensure that TBS is adhered to.

Scrubbers Dryers / Nano / Rota Wash Steam Cleaners Reach and Wash Systems Pressure Washing Systems Wet and Dry Vacuums Leaf Blowers Angle Grinders Power Drills Carpet/Upholstery Cleaners Gum Removal Machine
Clean manual drivers license – compulsory use of company vehicle to ensure equipment is available for job.
Driving a L2H3 van IPAF, PASMA and PTS and Harness Trained. Can obtain via Carlisle Flexible working of days, nights, weekend days and weekend nights
Skills and Qualifications
Good level of communication Ability to work within a team Ability to be proactive and efficient in approach Willingness to learn and develop Reliable and flexible, smart in appearance and always professional Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job Preferably some experience in a cleaning environment and as part of a team Willing to work in all weather conditions
