Senior Recruitment Consultant - Clean Tech / Renewables - Bristol role at LHi Group's Piper Maddox Renewables brand. Location: Bristol, UK. Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (based on experience/performance) + up to 40% commission + performance bonus + healthcare/benefits + equity. This opportunity is based in Bristol with full WFH flexibility for individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Join an established Bristol team of recruitment professionals; contribute to starting, developing, or establishing a market in Clean Tech / Renewables.
• Focus on roles across Renewables (EMobility, Energy Storage, Solar, Wind, Hydrogen & Clean Fuels, Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, Grid Edge).
• Partner with clients to meet demand across various divisions in the UK & Ireland using an exclusive recruitment approach.
• Collaborate with a global network across 6 locations and a team of nearly 100 colleagues to deliver results.
• Contribute to a culture of sustainability, safety, and excellence while growing your own career within the LHi Group.

Qualifications

• Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant with industry experience; ideally with experience starting, developing, or establishing a market.
• Based in Bristol or willing to relocate; full WFH flexibility for individual contributors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work within an 80% homegrown talent team.
