Job Title: Senior Clean Water Process Engineer
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days office-based: 1 day Atkins office, 1-2 days client office - travel expenses covered)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clean Water Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the clean water sector and will be responsible for leading technical delivery on projects, providing expertise in clean water process engineering, and supporting client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of clean water treatment and distribution projects.
• Provide expert technical input and guidance to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
• Mentor and support junior engineers within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in clean water process engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering clean water projects.
• Strong knowledge of clean water treatment processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and client site requirements.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status preferred but not essential.

This role is inside IR35. Hybrid working: typically 2-3 days per week in the office (1 day Atkins office, 1-2 days client office), with travel expenses paid. Full-time, 40 hours per week.
