We are looking for Senior Clean Water (Hydraulic) Modellers to join our Water Consultancy team. We aim to grow our people, benefit our environment, and enjoy what we do.

From strategy development and business planning support to solution development, testing, optimisation, and design, we offer a full range of water services built on our expertise in hydraulic and water quality modelling. We are recruiting professionals with a background in Water Engineering at all levels.

About The Team:

Join our Clean Water (Hydraulic) Modelling Team and work on a prestigious SR21 Technical Consultancy Framework driven by Scottish Water to utilize, maintain, and construct their hydraulic modelling library.

We seek hydraulic modellers at all levels to support water programmes such as optioneering, design, and asset assessment. You will support our design team, carry out zonal studies, and develop solutions for water engineering projects, with opportunities extending into SR27 and beyond.

About You:

We seek ambitious engineering professionals with a passion for problem-solving and Water Industry experience, including:

• Expertise in water engineering and network analysis for complex projects.
• Ability to collaborate and provide technical guidance.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Knowledge of GIS systems (MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS).
• Experience with water modelling packages like InfoWorks WS Pro, Synergi.
• Full clean driving license; travel may be required.
• Degree in a relevant subject.
• Coding skills (Ruby, Python) are desirable but not essential.

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical development and delivery of water modelling projects, including scoping, building, maintenance, and studies.
• Preparing reports and analytical documentation.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
• Providing guidance to junior team members.
• Ensuring quality and compliance with client standards.
• Adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.
