We are looking to fill the role of a  Scheme cleaner within a housing environment, Our client is ambitious and have a huge 5 year plan which we are seeking an Scheme cleaner to assist with, their main aim is to create a sustainable future for social housing, building new homes and investing in existing ones creating vibrant, thriving communities.

Role:

Cleaning of all communal areas of the Independent Living Schemes. Supporting customer by addressing any areas of concern where identified Carry out weekly flushing of communal water outlets in line with Legionnaire checks and sign off on the schedule. Assist with compliance tasks, including fire alarm testing. Providing a laundry service in conjunction with Independent Living Ensuring that the Support Laundry Procedure is adhered to. Being responsible for making sure cleaning supplies are well stocked.
