The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a well-established and respected West London practice. You will manage a varied caseload of high-value residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, lease extensions, and refinancing.

You will be trusted to manage your files independently, while also contributing to a team culture that values quality service and client care above all else.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in residential property law
  • Strong track record managing complex transactions from instruction to completion
  • Excellent client communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience dealing with high net worth individuals and high-value property is an advantage
