Our client is expanding its support in the social housing sector, with a focus on cleaning repairs. We’re looking for a proactive Repairs Coordinator to manage a cleaning contract we provide for Housing developers
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule cleaning contractors
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, and housing partners to arrange works.
* Track jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion.
* Maintain accurate records using repair/job management systems.
* Prioritise urgent works and monitor contractor performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in cleaning scheduling/coordination. Minimum 1 years experience is a must
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
