About The Role We are recruiting for a Regional Cleaning Manager to join our passionate Transport (Railway) Cleaning division on a permanent basis. As Regional Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Train Presentation service delivery across the South West London & Reading region, with services operating both day and night. Your key responsibilities
Manage service delivery inputs (resources, equipment, policies, procedures, training, HSE, ER) and outputs (volumes and standards) Oversee rotas and all people-related matters across multiple sites Maintain full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across your region, the OCS Group, and the client Control operating costs and ensure delivery within allocated budget Provide regular reporting on service delivery, time & attendance, HR, and HSE Proactively implement corrective actions to address issues, meet standards, and drive continuous improvement Ensure all operational tasks and services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
The Ideal Candidate
Proven track record in cleaning operation Exceptional people management and leadership skills Knowledge of the transport sector, ideally within rail Experience in implementing and maintaining standards for safety, quality, timeliness, and cost Strong background in managing budgets, HR/ER procedures, health & safety, and operational delivery Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across key stakeholders Confident and resilient, with strong diplomacy skills to manage conflict effectively Competencies in relationship building, customer experience, self-development, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, initiative/lateral thinking, HSE, planning and organisation Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems Full UK Driving Licence
