OverviewRefrigeration Cleaning Team Leader role at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd.Location & TypeLocation: Hackney / Tottenham / HampsteadContract Type: PermanentHours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon - Thur)SalarySalary: £29,981.25 Total Salary + OvertimeResponsibilitiesAs a Case Cleaning Team Leader in a supermarket setting, manage a team of technicians responsible for dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling refrigeration units.Provide training on correct procedures, ensure safe use of chemicals, and oversee stock removal and replacement.Coordinate tasks, maintain high standards, and ensure all work follows health, safety, and store guidelines.Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units.Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team.Ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.Work to support the achievement of company KPIs.Create remedial reports for each PPM and notify the Ops Lead of tasks for action.Collaborate with company and customer colleagues to maintain laid-down quality standards at all times.Qualifications / ExperienceExperience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is essential.Prior experience supervising small teams is essential.Full driving licence is essential.The ideal candidateWillingness to work night shifts (Essential)Speed and efficiency while maintaining quality of workFlexibility; may be required to stay away from homeFlexible and adaptable attitude to job roleWhat We Offer26.5 Days Holiday (Inc.
