Reactive Lead Technician/Cleaning Supervisor - Llandrindod Wells / Rhayader | Competitive Pay + Overtime + Company Van

Russell Taylor group are currently seeking a Reactive Lead Technician/Cleaning Supervisor for work in the Llandrindod Wells / Rhayader area, on behalf of a leading facilities management contractor. If you're hands-on, reliable, and confident leading teams in fast-paced environments, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership on-site and make a real impact.

About the Role: As a Reactive Lead Technician/Cleaning Supervisor, you'll respond to urgent and planned jobs, lead on-site teams, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Flexibility is key, with regular out-of-hours and weekend cover required.

Key Responsibilities: • Rapid response to reactive and emergency jobs, including evenings and weekends • Lead and support technicians and agency staff on-site • Deliver cleaning, waste, and site services in line with safety and quality standards • Log all job details and updates accurately using company tablets • Conduct vehicle safety checks and ensure vans are clean and stocked • Assist with training, operational support, and service improvements • Uphold Health & Safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times

What We're Looking For: • Experience in both reactive and planned works • Strong leadership and team coordination skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • High attention to detail and strong time management • Full UK driving licence (essential) • Flexible approach to shifts and urgent job assignments
