We're looking for an experienced cleaner to come and join the team here at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel in Windsor. This role is working 40 hours a week, any five days out of seven, including weekends & bank holidays. Shifts are predominately 8am - 4:30pm or 11am - 7:30pm. However there is the need for flexibility. Our Housekeeping team are key to ensuring that our guests have a comfortable & enjoyable stay with us. As our Public Area Cleaner, you'll be providing our guests with a high standard of cleanliness and comfort ensuring their maximum satisfaction meaning they will want to return to stay with us. What will you be doing as our Public Area Cleaner? • Cleaning the public areas of the hotel, including the Lobby, Lounge/Bar, Restaurant and toilet facilities to a consistently high standard ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. • Cleaning Offices and employee facilities. • Assisting the Room Attendants if required. • Maintaining neat and tidy cleaning store cupboards and workspaces. • Knowledgeably assisting guests with enquires regarding the hotel and facilities. • Ensuring that you go about your duties in a safe and secure manner • Learning and building your knowledge on all the hotel's products and services. In line with the requirements of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
