We are seeking
a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join our highly
successful team at the Ham Yard Hotel. As a vital member of our housekeeping
team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the immaculate standards of
our public areas, ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming
environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain
  cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors,
  and restrooms.
• Ensure
  all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards with exceptional
  attention to detail.
• Collaborate
  with the housekeeping team to uphold the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene
  standards.
• Respond
  promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and professional
  demeanour.
• Assist
  with any additional housekeeping duties as required, contributing to the
  overall efficiency of the team.

• Ability
  to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional
  attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Passion
  for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
• Strong
  organisational and communication skills.
