From immersive experiences to quiet relaxation, The Reserve is a place to make lasting memories. Job Description At the Reserve we are recruiting for a Late Public Area's Cleaner. At The Reserve, every detail counts — and that includes spotless, welcoming public spaces for our guests at all hours. Responsibilities: Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and guest spaces Carry out deep cleaning tasks and ensure high standards are upheld throughout the night Report any maintenance or safety issues to the night team Work with minimal supervision while ensuring health and safety procedures are followed Take pride in delivering an environment that’s clean, calm, and cared for Communicate effectively with the Chester Zoo team What We’re Looking For: A keen eye for detail and high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Previous experience in a cleaning role (especially in hospitality) is ideal but not essential Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays A positive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits Competitive Salary Company Pension Team Member pass so you can visit the zoo during your time off Recognition & Engagement Program’s An amazing working environment - Where else can you see critically endangered animals from your office window or stroll among rare giraffes and tigers on your lunch break.
