• Oversee a team of up to 4 cleaning operatives.
• Ensure the site is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules.
• Motivate and support your team to achieve their best.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with your CSM to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Ensure all operatives complete all required training, both online and on-site.
• Ensure all operatives book on/off each shift.

• Proven supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
