This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join Andron FM working for one of our prestigious clients in Dundee. Your role will manage all cleaning services delivered at site. You will work closely with the site team to ensure an excellent service is delivered.This will involve liaising closely with the customer to ensure that the cleaning services are meeting their requirements and constantly looking for ways to improve the service.Job Title: Cleaning SupervisorDivision/Department: ScotlandReports to: Soft Services ManagerHours: 6-hour shifts – (Monday-Sunday 5 over 7, flexible to suit the needs of the operation)Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise the cleaning team, focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on site.Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the buildingSupervising work schedules to ensure all tasks are covered dailyOrdering of all consumables and cleaning materialsConfident in dealing with client interactionsEnsure highest levels of Health and Safety are achieved across sitesEnsure strong client relationships are developed and maintainPerson SpecificationCleaning industry (essential)Can work in a busy retail environment (Shopping Centre)Can prioritize tasks at handKnowledge of COSHH regulationsGreat work ethicExceptional communication and interpersonal skills (You will be required to use a radio)Previous experience in supervising a teamExcellent relationship builder with clientsThe ability to implement and adhere to standards and proceduresHealth & Safety focus and experienceMust be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitudeAbility to multitask and prioritise20days annual leave plus 8 public holidays per annum, on a pro rata basis #J-18808-Ljbffr
