Our client, a well established, reputable company based inBedfordis looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to deliver the highest quality service within agreed budgets, achieving profit / growth / retention / internal targets in line with their company vision.Our client operates within the contract cleaning sector, and ideally you will have prior experience in leading Managers within the contract cleaning sector.ResponsibilitiesTo lead, support and develop an Operations department to ensure the operational & company targets are met in relation to service delivery, retention, sales, and growth.Managing the Operations department and ensuring the team is providing an efficient and professional service delivery / client satisfaction is being met on all work.To oversee the company’s operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract retention, together with continued development and improvement.Ensuring contract retention targets are met on a constant basis.To ensure professional client relationships are developed and maintained.Proactively seeking opportunities for development and growth for a range of products / services that Glenn Cleaning provides, maximising the revenue stream for each client.Developing and increasing the range of products / services Glenn Cleaning supplies.Ensuring at all times the company’s image is upheld, maintained and its interests are safeguarded.Ensure all of the legislative requirements and company policies / procedures are met and followed throughout the company.To ensure the full delivery of the Glenn Health & Safety System and Quality System at all times.To ensure the recruitment and selection of staff and ongoing management is carried out in line with company procedure and employment legislation.To ensure development of staff enables a true career progression time line and secures future business leadersControlling overheads and operational costs, ensuring profitability.To be fully aware of the current environmental issues / legislation and ensure the environmental programme is being adhered to.To ensure that all accreditations are adhered to.Business DegreePrior experienced in an operations management role within the contract cleaning industryPrior experience in managing managersGood customer service skillsGood communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureIT Knowledge / SkillsGood planning / organisation skillsGood time management Good leadership skillsGood at problem solvingGood cost control skillsSalary- £50,000 plus 10% bonusHealthcare Cash PlanOpportunity to progress to Operations Director #J-18808-Ljbffr
