Our client, a well established, reputable company based in Bedford is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to deliver the highest quality service within agreed budgets, achieving profit / growth / retention / internal targets in line with their company vision. Our client operates within the contract cleaning sector, and ideally you will have prior experience in leading Managers within the contract cleaning sector.

Responsibilities

* To lead, support and develop an Operations department to ensure the operational & company targets are met in relation to service delivery, retention, sales, and growth.

* Managing the Operations department and ensuring the team is providing an efficient and professional service delivery / client satisfaction is being met on all work.

* To oversee the company’s operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract retention, together with continued development and improvement.

* Ensuring contract retention targets are met on a constant basis.

* To ensure professional client relationships are developed and maintained.

* Proactively seeking opportunities for development and growth for a range of products / services that Glenn Cleaning provides, maximising the revenue stream for each client.
