Operations Director (Cleaning Services)

We have been engaged to appoint an Operations Director for a leading cleaning & soft services business. Based out of London with a national reach they deliver cleaning and soft facilities services to a broad range of customers. As part of a major investment into the business they are looking to significantly scale over the next 5 years. We are looking for an Operations Director to lead and manage the business whilst driving growth strategies with the SLT. You will be responsible for a number of key areas. Ownership and management of a large scale P&L (£20mil+) Monthly financial reporting to the board Developing long term sustainable customer relationships Fostering a best in class service delivery and driving continuous improvement initiatives Development of the leadership team Identifying strategic opportunities for new and existing business Ensuring all compliance, risk and QHSE protocols are adhered to across the business
