We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Night Cleaner at Manchester Airport, working in our outlets to deliver exceptional food and outstanding customer service with a highly trained and motivated team.
As a Night Cleaner you'll be a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic team player and form an integral part the back of house team. You will manage the daily cleanliness of the back-of-house areas and to ensure our kitchen and front-of-house teams have everything they need, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
The Great Northern Market concept at Manchester Airport, includes six kitchens, offering a diverse range of cuisines such as fried chicken, smashed burgers, burritos, hand stretched pizza, Asian, Greek, and a breakfast menu. The venue has approximately 470 covers and operates from 3am to 10pm.
This is an hourly paid role, and shifts are through the
night (10pm until 4am).
Main Duties
- Working in a
small team to ensure that all areas of the unit are deep cleaned each night to
a high standard. - Adhereing to
strict health and safety standards. - Ensuring that
the highest cleaning standards are maintained at all times.
We are looking for outgoing, engaging, and enthusiastic
individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality service in a
fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- A basic level
of general education, including English and Math's. - A willingness
to learn about health and safety and food standards. - The ability
to follow processes and maintain service levels under pressure.

- Hold an Airport Security ID Pass, which we will assist with. The application process requires the production of a valid passport, a criminal record check, and five years of personal and employment references.
