OverviewMobile Specialist CleanerContract Type: Temporary covering absence initially until 31/12/2025 or on return of post holder (whichever is sooner). Hours: 15 hours per week - 41 weeks per year. Monday to Friday 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Location: Port Talbot Civic Centre. We are currently looking for a School Cleaner to join Team NPT.You'll join our cleaning team that was shortlisted for the Best Service Team category at the APSE Awards. The team is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school to ensure pupils learn in a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school to ensure a clean and safe learning environment for pupils. Work as part of the cleaning team and contribute to a positive working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Some experience is necessary for the role; all successful candidates will undergo a full induction and training programme. The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure (Child's) from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS). Welsh language skills are not required for this role. Applications submitted in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than those submitted in English.
