*Mobile Cleaning Supervisor — Greenclean Maintenance Services Ltd*

*Location:* Various client sites across the West Midlands, mainly Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Birmingham and their surrounding areas.

We're seeking an energetic and proactive individual who has a confident and friendly manner, to oversee multiple sites for our Greenclean clients across the West Midlands. We are an established, friendly and supportive cleaning company, based in Wolverhampton. We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual who has a confident and friendly manner, to work on a range of sites in the West Midlands.

Competitive salary range and benefits dependent on your experience. Full training is available, working with a flexible shift pattern depending on the needs of our customers.

Some split shifts required. You could be out visiting sites early in the mornings with some time off in the day and then out again late afternoon. Other days will vary, it's all according to the needs of our customers. Please note you will NOT be required to work any night shifts at all. Head office in in Wolverhampton and you will be required to attend site at least once per week. Living within a reasonable travel distance to the head office would be an advantage.

This role is a hands-on position and will involve cleaning duties. You must have a full UK driving licence preferably clean (although minor points may be considered); A small company van is available after a probationary period. Some admin experience is an advantage but not essential.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Carry out on-site inspections ensuring cleaning is carried out to the highest standards * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff * Uphold all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements * Monitor the proper use of equipment and materials * Manage stock ordering * Address and resolve site issues swiftly and professionally, escalating to senior management when necessary

*Ideal Candidate:*

* Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning role * Familiarity with cleaning equipment and approved chemical use * Excellent organisational and team leadership skills * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities * Flexibility to travel between sites as needed * COSHH knowledge preferred but training will be provided * Clean driving license although minor points will be considered
