What youll do: Carry out deep end-of-tenancy and environmental cleans to high standards. Clean homes that may have been vacant or exceptionally dirty, including carpets, basements, and lofts. Remove all rubbish, furniture, carpets, and non-approved fittings from properties. Tidy and clear overgrown or heavily littered gardens, removing waste, scrap, and debris. Clear contents from garages and sheds as required.
