Mobile Cleaner Required - Covering Northamptonshire & Peterborough Regions Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day Temp to Perm Role £13.60 per hour + Company Vehicle + Fuel CardCTRG: Mansfield Hub are partnered with one of the UKs leading facilities management companies to recruit on their behalf for a full time Mobile Cleaner to support their portfolio of social housing accomodation in the Northamptonshire / Peterborough region. The purpose of this role is to clean and maintain supported accomodation in the area, to ensure that they operate as smoothly and as effectively as possible.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Cleaning of rooms/properties as directed, ensuring that all rooms/properties are of a good clean standard. Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents. Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly. Check kitchen appliances are clean and free from hazards and common part areas are free from hazards. Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained. Report any repairs to the maintenance office team. Support when no lone working is required Carry out sharps sweepsCandidate Requirements

We are ideally seeking candidates who have previous experience in accomodation cleaning, who drive and hold a full UK manual driving licence, and who are committed and reliable individuals. Candidates who have experience of cleaning communal blocks and multi room properties are preferred, as is sharps experience, however full training will be provided.

We are seeking candidates who are resilient and able to deal with people of all backgrounds, who may be complex or at times challenging, in a positive and constructive way.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who is organised, has a high standard of cleaning and is able to prioritise and multitask. Often, the role will require you to work independantly, therefore candidates must be able to work to their own initiative, and be a self starter.

Candidates will be required to hold a full UK Manual driving licence, with a maximum of 3 points, and be aged 25+ for insurance purposes. Candidates who hold an existing DBS are preferred, though this is not essential.

Salary and Benefits

Hours of Work

This is a full time position, working 8 hours per day Monday to Friday.
