We are recruiting for mobile cleaners based in Middlesbrough. 2 positions available (Working in a team) Location: Middlesbrough Immediate Start | Permanent role, 24+ hours per week guaranteed | £12.85 - £13.74 per hour We are currently recruiting for 2 Mobile Cleanersto join our dedicated team, servicing various locations across Teesside. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. A company vehicle is provided. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare designated areas in line with company procedures and safety standards Follow instructions from the North-East Operations Manager regarding cleaning assignments Use cleaning materials and equipment as directed Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and machine clean where necessary Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately Dust and wash surfaces including desks, skirting boards, and ledges Clean toilets and washrooms Perform periodic deep cleaning of internal surfaces and windows Report defects or hazards to the Operations Manager Adhere to COSHH, Manual Handling, Risk Assessment, and Colour Coding policies What were looking for Proven experience in a cleaning role Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Ability to follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures Good communication skills and a courteous manner Must hold a valid and clean UK drivers licence Benefits Holidays: 28 days per annum Uniform provided Employee Assistance Programme
