Industrial Cleaner – Temp to Perm

Bridgestone Group are looking for a reliable Industrial Cleaner to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our client site. Working in line with safety guidelines, product safety, and ISO 9001 standards, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean and safe environment to support day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a secure career in a supportive environment, with a permanent contract available after a successful 12-week probation period.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning designated building areas to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the facility
• Operating industrial cleaning machines and professional cleaning equipment as required
• Reporting any deficiencies, damages, or repair needs to management
• Completing non-routine cleaning tasks as per job orders
• Handling emergency cleaning and upkeep requests when necessary
• Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety rules
• Carrying out external plant maintenance tasks

Shift Pattern & Pay:

Monday to Friday; 7.30am to 3.30pm

£12.46 per hour

What we’re looking for:

• FLT Licence (essential – internal licence acceptable)
• MEWP Licence (desirable – training provided if not held)
• Previous experience in industrial or facility cleaning is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace health, safety, and hygiene

Training can be provided where required (e.g. MEWP Licence)

The successful candidates will be required to undergo a basic DBS check.
