Duties * Perform thorough deep cleaning of kitchens and degreasing canopies using HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS and JET WASHERS to ensure high standards of cleanliness. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. * Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of tasks. * Maintain an organised storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
