Cradel Haus is a small, family owned & ran, business in Bowness - We are professional and dedicated about providing ultra luxurious, high-end, inspiring holiday homes for our guests. We are passionate about perfect! We are currently seeking a dedicated housekeeper / cleaner to join our small team, looking after our 4 recently refurbished ultra luxurious holiday apartments just outside Bowness. Our apartments are all new, beautiful and you're sure to enjoy working in our gorgeous location; and we're a family owned (hands on) business. Our guests expect the best, so you'll need a keen eye for detail, a desire for perfection, being able to work unsupervised and being super reliable. We’re keen to be as *flexible as possible to ensure we get the right people, working shifts that suit your individual needs*. So even if you're just looking to work at weekends, while the kids are in school, around college times... whatever your circumstances we're *happy to consider hours to suit you*. There will be weekend working, on rotation. *Duties* * Changeover cleans for our holiday apartments - ensuring you follow our cleaning checklists so that our apartments are beautifully presented and ready for our next guest. * Communal and ongoing deep cleaning - making sure we don't miss the bits guests might not see means we're always ready and putting our best foot forward. * Linen Management - after changing over linen, ensuring it's ready for collection and we have enough in stock. *Core Skills You Need* * Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and the ability to work efficiently * Good communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * You must have the right to work in the UK. *What You Get* * We're a family owned business - so a small team with a pleasant working environment. * Above industry average pay, flexible hours; overtime possible, especially in peak season. * Permanent role, including off-peak season. * 28 Days Paid Holiday * Monthly Customer Satisfaction Bonus. * MyCumbria discount card (after qualifying period). * Discount on stays for friends and family (after qualifying period). * Career Progression if wanted - we're growing!
