The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Gutter Cleaning & Repair Technician responsible for all aspects of gutter cleaning and repair, including planned preventative maintenance and reactive ad hoc works.
Purpose of role
We are a well-established and growing Property Management and Maintenance Company based in SW London, operating throughout the city. We currently manage a portfolio of gutter cleaning contracts which we aim to handle in-house. The successful candidate will work as part of a team undertaking gutter cleaning and repair work across managed properties and for external clients as we expand. No two days will be the same, as tasks vary weekly. You will have access to company vehicles, a phone, and necessary equipment.
Duties / Role
Perform gutter clean or maintenance visits according to the schedule provided by your scheduler, following the job description.
Provide quotes and report any additional gutter issues requiring attention.
Produce accurate reports on completed jobs and communicate with the office via the company's phone app system.
Demonstrate safe driving skills and a good knowledge of London.
Undertake tasks including planned preventative maintenance, cleaning, and reactive ad hoc works.
Skills & Experience
Full UK clean Driving License (essential).
CSCS card (desirable – training available if needed).
Previous gutter cleaning experience.
Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in gutter cleaning and maintenance.
Professional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
High attention to detail.
Ability to build strong working relationships.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Problem-solving skills.
Teamwork skills.
Other reasonable duties as required.
Salary, Benefits & Hours of Work
£25-37k+ negotiable based on experience + overtime.
20 days holidays plus bank holidays.
Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Occasional weekend work may be required with prior agreement.
Overtime on certain occasions.
