With a reputation built on quality, investment in new technology, and a loyal, experienced workforce, this is a company where your contribution will be valued and developed.Location: NorthamptonHourly Rate: £13/hour or DOEShift Pattern: Days: Mon–Thu 7:00am–3:30pm & Fri 7:00am–3:00pm Key Responsibilities

Clean, deburr, and finish edges of manufactured components. Operate bead blasting equipment (training provided). Inspect edges and surfaces for defects, reporting any issues. Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in manufacturing or finishing (edge cleaning, grinding, deburring, etc.) preferred. Confident with hand tools and basic measuring devices (verniers, callipers). Able to work to quality standards and meet production targets. Awareness of PPE and workplace safety. Flexible, proactive, and keen to learn new skills.
