We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.Partner with the bestAs a Field Specialist, you will work under general supervision to develop and apply skills required to run applications of increasing complexity in the Wellbore Interventions group. Provides front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job. Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BakerHughes Core Values.As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:Running multiple applications such as fishing tools, whipstocks, Smart tools, wellhead severance services and bridge plugs.Be a key team member during plug and abandonment activities.Installing equipment following technical documentation and using a variety of tools.Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute best solutions.Following internal Health, Safety and Environment policies to ensure safety and compliance.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Hold a technical qualification.Demonstrate industry experience.Have a general knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations.Have a good mechanical aptitude.Be able to work well and communicate well with others.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
