Liverpool City Council is urgently seeking an Experienced Adult Social Worker to join our Mental Health team, supporting patient flow and complex discharges from psychiatric units. This is a business-critical role funded through hospital discharge monies, with a clear focus on easing system pressures and improving outcomes for adults over 65.

What You\'ll Need

• Professional qualification in Social Work (Diploma, BA/BSc/MA, CQSW)
• Registration with Social Work England

• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex caseloads
