You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation are consistently achieved through your team of Hygiene Operatives.The Cleaning Duty Manager will lead, motivate, and support approx. 15 members of the cleaning team, plus Supervisors, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.DutiesSupervise and coordinate cleaning staff across allocated sitesEnsure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standardsDevelop staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor performanceConduct site inspections and quality audits regularlyTrain, mentor, and support staff in their rolesManage stock levels and cleaning supplies effectivelyEnsure compliance with health & safety and COSHH regulationsHandle staff issues, absence, and performance managementReport operational updates to senior management and clientsRespond promptly to client requests and resolve issues efficiently.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagementIndustriesFacilities Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
