We are looking for a hardworking and reliable *CSCS Cleaning Operative* to join our team, specializing in *build cleans and industrial cleaning*. The role involves working on new build properties, residential properties, and industrial projects within the brewing industry.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Cleaning, properties after completed construction works , windows, including frames, mastic, soffits, fascia boards, downpipes, meter boxes, and garage doors using window cleaning kits and water-fed pole systems.
* Jet washing using *Karcher and petrol-powered equipment*, as well as *driveway cleaning systems*.
* Operating and maintaining *carpet cleaning equipment* (full training provided).
* Ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, reporting any faults or damage, and monitoring stock levels.
* Driving a *company van* to various job sites (a valid driving license is required).
