ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaner to join our team in busy shopping centre.

Your duties will involve cleaning of public areas and includes litter picking, mopping, cleaning and replenishing toilets. You will empty waste and top up consumables. Work will involve working amongst members of public so you must be well presented, polite and have a good grasp of Health and safety procedures. You must have good attention to detail and high standards of cleaning. You will be responsible for disinfecting areas as per planner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Patrolling cleanliness of mall , toilet and back of house areas

· Deepcleaning and disinfecting toilet and washroom areas

· Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting

· Hoovering and mopping floors

· Disinfecting all high touch points

· Detail work i.e. skirtings, sills, fixtures etc

· Customer care

· Following group and company policies and procedures

· Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.

· Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.

· Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Must be hardworking and with good attendance, work to routine schedules and to be able to proactively find tasks

· Cleaning experience

· Good attendance

· Timekeeping

· Communication skills
